Scope: Erenya provides well-being content (affirmations, breathing exercises, mood & gratitude journal) intended to support daily life. This is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and does not replace professional diagnosis or care. In case of doubt, consult a qualified professional.
Business Model: The application is offered under a freemium model:
Free access to certain basic features.
Annual paid subscription at €4.99 (incl. tax) to unlock all premium content and features.
Third-Party Services: The project does not integrate analytics or advertising SDKs by default. Any eventual addition of third-party services (analytics, payments) will always be done with clear information and explicit user consent.
Modifications and Availability: We may update or remove features at any time. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Price
The subscription price is €4.99 (incl. tax) per year, payable in one installment. This rate includes all applicable taxes. The price may be modified at any time by the publisher, but current subscriptions will not be affected by a price increase before their renewal.

Payment processing is entirely handled by these platforms, which also collect VAT according to your country's legislation. The publisher (La DistilleRHie) collects and retains no banking data.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the user has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, in accordance with the law, this right no longer applies if:
The execution of the service has begun with the user's agreement.
The digital content was fully provided or unlocked immediately after purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be addressed directly to the platform (Google or Apple) via your account purchase history. La DistilleRHie does not have the technical ability to issue refunds. Eligibility conditions for refunds are those defined by Apple and Google.
6. Duration and Termination
The subscription is valid for 1 year from the date of subscription. It renews automatically at expiration. The user may terminate at any time via their Google or Apple account settings (and not within the application). Any started subscription period is due; no partial refund (pro-rata) will be made in case of early termination.
7. Subject and Legal Notice
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the terms of subscription, use, and termination of the annual subscription to the mobile application "Erenya". 8. Liability and Geographical Restrictions (Important)
Geographical Exclusion (United States): The application is not distributed nor intended for use on the territory of the United States of America. The publisher has voluntarily restricted the distribution of the application on American app stores. Any installation or use of the application from this territory (including via technical circumvention, VPN, store change, or third-party account) is strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized use from an excluded jurisdiction (specifically the USA), the user acknowledges acting at their own risk, in violation of these GTCS, and irrevocably waives any right to pursue legal action against the publisher based on local laws (specifically American Class Actions).
Limitation of Liability: La DistilleRHie shall not be held liable for:
Service interruptions due to third parties, network failures, or force majeure.
Malfunctions related to the user's device or operating system.
Errors or omissions in the content provided.
To the limit permitted by French law, the developers and distributors shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or moral damage) resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
Safety and Recommended Use: Do not use the application while driving or operating machinery. If content causes physical or psychological discomfort, stop immediately and consult a professional.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher and its developers against any claim, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of the application or a violation of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All application content (texts, images, sounds, videos, source code, logo, name "Erenya") is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. It is the exclusive property of La DistilleRHie. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Data management complies with the GDPR.
Freemium Mode: No personal data is collected.
Subscription Mode: Only technical data necessary for purchase validation is processed by the Stores.
Local Storage: User content (intentions, mood entries, gratitude, images) and preferences are saved locally on your device (via AsyncStorage/local files). By default, no user data is sent to a remote server belonging to La DistilleRHie.
Technical Identifiers: The application generates an anonymous technical identifier (via Expo) solely to ensure technical functionality (updates). This identifier is not used for advertising tracking.
11. Disputes and Applicable Law
These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution attempt will be prioritized. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office (Toulouse/France), unless public order provisions dictate otherwise.

Freemium Mode: No personal data is collected. The application operates entirely locally on the user's terminal (smartphone or tablet).

4. Storage and Security (Local Architecture)
Local Storage: All sensitive data (journal entries, mood, preferences) are stored exclusively on the physical memory of your device (via AsyncStorage or file system). By default, none of this data is transferred to a server (Cloud) managed by La DistilleRHie.
Security: The security of your data relies on the locking of your own device (PIN code, biometrics) and the standard encryption of iOS/Android. Important Warning: In the event of loss, theft, uninstallation of the application, or change of phone without prior backup, your local data will be permanently lost, as the publisher possesses no copy. Recommendation: Use the export function (if available) or encrypted backups of your device (iCloud/Google Drive) to secure your data.
5. Data Retention Period
Local Data: Kept as long as the application is installed. Deleted immediately upon uninstallation.
Subscription Data: Kept by Apple/Google according to their own legal terms.
6. User Rights
